What is a 10 Year Structural Warranty?

A 10 year Structural Warranty is an independent Certificate that certifies the structural integrity of a property to the perspective lenders.

If a newly built Or converted property is to be sold, rented or financed against within 10 years of the works being completed then a warranty certificate will be required for the lender; whether this would be to support a bank loan application, re-mortgage or sell the property the warranty will be required.

Our 10 Year Structural Warranty Certificate is recognised by UK Mortgage Lenders as detailed within the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders handbook for conveyancers.

Our certificates are valid and transferable for a period of 10 years and as there is no premium element.
