We have been instructed for multiple service appointments for this project which is the conversion of existing barn into a residential dwelling.
We are excited to see how we can utilise the character of the exposed timbers!

Initially we will start with a structural condition survey of the existing structure to justify its suitability for conversion. We will then look at the specification & work on SAP reports to ensure compliance with Part L of building regulations.
Appointments have now been made for structural, compliance reporting & building control.
